Greta Ziegler

Greta is an artist and the founder of faaya collective. Art, design, and creativity have been a significant part of her life since childhood and adolescence. Attending a high school with a focus on visual arts laid the foundation for her artistic sensibility. Nevertheless, her path initially led her in a different direction: she studied environmental system sciences and immersed herself in sustainability-oriented startups.

It was only through the founding of faaya collective that Greta found her way back to painting – to that form of expression which for her signifies freedom, trust, and letting go. When painting, she is completely in tune with herself; thoughts recede into the background, and her inner self can manifest unfiltered.
Greta understands art as a process of letting go and self-discovery – an intuitive interplay between control and surrender. It’s about trusting what comes next, without knowing what that will be. Her works emerge from the moment and reflect the balance between inner peace and vibrant movement. Thus, her art becomes an invitation to embrace the unpredictable and to give space to one's own feelings – on the canvas as in life.
